Not possible to hide requester's e-mail when making Service Desk issues public

When an issue is created on the Service Desk, its title is automatically populated as such:

E-mail subject (from person@e-mail.com)

While Service Desk issues are private by default, there is the use case for making them public at some point. When making such an issue public, a sensible thing to do is to change the issue title in order not to disclose the requester's e-mail.

However, the actual title change appears in the issue activity in plain text as a diff, thus revealing the requester's e-mail address without the ability to ever hide it. The only option to avoid it is to make the issue confidential again.

It would be great if there would be a way of not displaying the requester's e-mail address at all when a Service Desk issue is made public.

Here is an example of an actual Servicedesk issue https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/marketing/community-relations/evangelist-program/general/issues/183
