Revert frontend workaround for missing pagination headers in Dependency List

There's currently a workaround in the frontend (!14142 (merged)) for the Dependency List endpoint's missing pagination headers. When the endpoint is fixed (!14115 (merged)), that frontend workaround should be reverted.
