New epic button is not correctly styled

Summary

As you can see in the following screenshot the "New epic" button is not styled correctly on a mobile viewport.

Also the inline popup dialog lets me enter a title for an epic and the button gets green after clicking but there is an error message (because i´m not allowed to create one). Quite strange behaviour because the form itself does not indicae an error.

You can find the button at &1434 (closed) -> Roadmap tab
