When left nav is collapsed there is no way to navigate to subitems of the current location.

Summary

When left nav is collapsed there is no way to navigate to subitems of the current location. For example if the "Settings" tab is currently active there is no way to get to "Settings > Members" because the hover menu won't appear.

Possible workarounds:

• Click any other menu item, then hover over settings and click "members".
• Expand the nav using the arrows at the bottom, click "members", then re-collapse the nav.

Steps to reproduce

1. Click the settings gear.
2. Try to hover over the settings gear to go to a sub-item (for example settings > members).

Note that this occurs for all menus with sub-items, not just settings.
