Improve Dependency Proxy User Interface

Problem to solve

The user interface for the dependency proxy has functionality that is not necessary and confusing to users.

• The save button is confusing because the URL textbox is not editable and typically a toggle switch does not require a user to save anything once toggled 'on/off.'
• The toggle is also missing a label that identifies what the switch does.
• We do not give users the ability to easily copy the proxy's URL

Proposal

Update the user interface to remove the save button, label the toggle and add in a copy to clipboard button the URL textbox.

What does success look like, and how can we measure that?

Success looks like the UI is made more clear for users. We already plan to count page views, no reason to track additional metrics.
