Zero issues and merge requests in left bar after import

Summary

I've imported GitLab project successfully and see 0 issues and 0 MRs in the left menu. At the tabs numbers are correct.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Export GitLab project.
  2. Import GitLab project.

I can't delete existing example project and re-create due to #121730 (closed).

What is the current bug behavior?

There are zeros in left menu.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Actual numbers of open issues and merge requests.
