Link coverage percentage in MR to coverage report published with GitLab Pages

It is interesting feature proposal to make it possible to link code coverage percentage report that we show in MRs with code coverage report that has been published with GitLab Pages.

To achieve that we would probably need to make code coverage report a first-class citizen in .gitlab-ci.yml.
