Add a toolbar to switch between all tasks being currently time tracked

Description

Feedback from a customer:

if I work on multiple things at once, I need a way to easily switch between all the tasks I'm working on to enter time.

That can be achieved through a toolbar that would contain all the tasks the user currently works on.
