Closed milestone not visible under dashboard/milestones

When a milestone is closed it is not visible under closed milestones

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new milestone and assign start and end date
2. Assing Issue to milestone
3. Close milestone
4. When navigating to https://[gitlabURL]/dashboard/milestones?sort=due_date_desc&state=closed the closed milestone is not visible

Closed milestone is should be visable
