Labels do not record or display correctly if they include an emoji in the label name

Problem to solve

If you add an emoji to a label name, it works in board views etc. but when you try to add it to an issue via the /label command, it ignores the label entirely.

e.g.

If I also try and type a label name that has an emoji in it, it doesn't show the label properly, it just gives you the text.
