Show SAML status badge for members in subgroups when permissions have been overridden

What

Extend https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/issues/4515 to show SAML badge for users in subgroups when they have authenticated through SAML in the top level group.

Currently this is the case until membership/role is changed from Guest at the top level group to something more specific at the subgroup level

Why

It can be confusing to see what appears to be a mix of SAML and non-SAML badged users in a subgroup. This can incorrectly make it appear that a user shouldn't have access.

Availability & Testing

• Ensure that on groups with no SSO enforcement do not show the SAML badge for users directly added to subgroups.

Open Questions

Does transparent SSO enforcement affect this?
