Allow Group SAML sign in from main sign in page

What

Add "SAML SSO" button to main sign in page, which would then show a screen where users can type their organization's group name and be sent to the sign in page for that group.

Why

If users have been using their company's SAML to sign in to GitLab it can be confusing if they land on the main GitLab sign in page.
