Ability to download user data from .com accounts to CSV
Problem to solve
GitLab.com enterprise users with a larger user base have a difficult time at renewals and true-ups determining what users are still active and with the organization.
Adding the ability to download a list of the total of all users with a user name, full name, last login date, etc will provide a more efficient and user-friendly method for a customer to cross-check GitLab users with their existing employees.
