"Request Access" should be added to Todos

Hello,

It's nice that the project/group owner(s) receive and email about a user requesting access to their project/group, but it would also be nice if it gets added to the owner(s)' Todos, because there are people out there that don't check their e-mails as often (or could be multiple other reasons why they don't see the email about the request access). So having an indicator in Gitlab would be great!
