Specify which IP address is referenced for GCP instance

The documentation for installing GitLab on Google Cloud Platform in the section installing GitLab Step 1 references
Make a note of the IP address of the instance, as you will need that in a later step.. This is ambiguous as there is an Internal IP and an External IP. Which IP are we using?
The IP is again referenced in Step 4 as You can use the IP address from the step above, as the hostname.

Reference either the Internal IP, the External IP or explain to the user (likely a system administrator when to choose which.
