Warning icon for allowed failed jobs in "Failed Jobs" tab

In the "Failed jobs" tab list it would be nice to tell which were allowed to fail.

Currently the way to find out is to click through to the job, and then also scroll all the way to the top of the output to see the warning icon in the header
