Debian Package Registry

Description

This is an feature request for our GitLab Packages feature.

We currently use package.io for releasing our CE/EE Debian packages (Read https://docs.gitlab.com/omnibus/manual_install.html).

It'd make more sense storing the packages inside of GitLab and provisioning it in Releases page, than going back-and-forth different sevices - between GitLab and Package cloud.

This might be interesting to the other open source communities such as GNOME.
