Squash commit message feedback

When completing merge request with "Squash commits" checked, it'd be nice to:

1. Provide users the ability to review resulting commit message before creating squash commit, the message could be predefined as a line by line concatenation of all commit messages from MR
2. Attach squash commit directly to the branch, without an extra merge commit created
