Weight dropdown in issue filter form does not stay selected with filtered value

Weight dropdown in Issue filter form is not stay selected

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to issues page
2. Select a value from Weight dropdown
3. And you will see Weight value that you have selected is not showing in dropdown as selected value

Expected behavior

Weight dropdown should reflect the value visitor search for and stay selected

Actual behavior

Weight dropdown is not stay selected with the filtered value
