Display excluded paths in reports

With "Exclude dirs from SAST, Dependency Scanning analysis", we now have the ability to exclude folders and files from reports. Yet, users can't know what was excluded unless they reach the pipeline configuration. We should at least render a text warning the raw reports with that information. It should also be included in full reports, especially when we'll be able to export them to various formats.
