Group Security Dashboard - Multiple entries for a projects and its forks

Summary

In the group security dashboard, the project dropdown shows multiple entries for the same project. I assume that is because the project was forked and each fork is displayed as a separate entry. All entries have the same name, so it is not possible to figure out which entry belongs to which project from looking at the UI. See below screenshot.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to https://gitlab.com/groups/gitlab-org/-/security/dashboard/
2. Open the project dropdown
3. See multiple entries for GitLab Community Edition
