Operations Dashboard needs a less confusing name

Summary

The relatively new "Operations dashboard" is a confusing name for the feature, as it appears the intent of the feature is for DEVELOPMENT operations (ie. keeping an eye on multiple project status/pipelines). However, a key persona we want using the product is an OPS person, who will not care about the info our "Operational dashboard" provides. An OPS person will see the term "Operational dashboard" and expect to see Release/Delivery pipelines per environment or App.

Have Operations person look at and comment on our "Operations dashboard"

Suggested fix

Change name to something more appropriate for target audience, such as "Project dashboard" or "Pipeline dashboard"
