Closed issues still show due dates in red

On the Issues board, a closed issue still shows the due date in red.

Intended users

This enhancement will improve the experience of all users of the Issue board.

Further details

The current behavior gives the impression the issue is overdue. It's also distracting when showing the board to Stakeholders with many red labels. It gives the appearance that something is wrong.

Proposal

Change the Due Date on all closed issues to the default font color.
