Explore the combination of Severity and Confidence in one badge for the Security Dashboard

Problem

Today we have a separate badge for Severity and a separate list column for confidence. Knowing the confidence of the severity is important to users and the way we display it today makes it difficult to align severity + confidence and in the UI it's almost treated as an after-thought.

Proposal

Design a badge that combines severity and confidence that is clear and understandable to the user.
