Registry `Created` column not being populated

Summary

Items in the container_registry show a blank value (-) under the Created column (Summarize the bug encountered concisely)

Steps to reproduce

  1. Build a container and push to the container registry
  2. Navigate to the Registry URL https://gitlab.com///container_registry
  3. Observe the missing date value (screenshot attached)

Expected behavior

Should see the date/timestamp of when the container was created

Actual behavior

Blank (-) value shows for all images
