Automated inclusion of milestones as issue board lists

Problem to solve

When using milestones as lists on a board for the purpose of reviewing and distributing work across milestones, it takes significant manual work to remove old milestone lists and add new ones.

Proposal

Allow relative milestone selections as lists on an issue board, for example, be able to have a board with: "x recent/past", "all current", and "n future" milestones (at the same time, if wanted). Or (MVC?) simply an option to display lists for "all milestones" (one list for each).

This would work well with an ability to automatically collapse milestones that have no issues.

This might also be aided by a concept of "milestone types". For example, I could have a board that shows all milestones designated as release milestones, excluding other special milestones.
