DAST doc example should explain how to run template job against a specified URL
Problem to solve
The examples for the DAST template job should mention that the env. var DAST_WEBSITE needs to be set. This parameter is essential, as it is required for every run.

Proposal
Ideally, the docs would explain how DAST can be executed against a review app. It should be explained how DAST_WEBSITE can be configured to point to the review app's URL.
