Danger gitlab-bot gitlab-qa status

gitlab-qa tests should be triggered via the review-qa-all job before merging an MR.

Maybe we can improve visibility of this by displaying the status of qa tests in the gitlab-bot danger comment. We can show if they have not yet been triggered, have failed, or have passed.
