Unable to buy self-hosted Gitlab Ultimate license

Summary

Last year our company had a discussion with Gitlab sales regarding the Ultimate license and we agreed to buy it to a reduced price. We were told that Gitlab should send us an invoice but we haven't received any to this very day. In the beginning we were told by the Gitlab sales person that he had been out of office for a while but later he stopped responding our mails. We have tried to contact the seller directly and via the form https://about.gitlab.com/sales/, but no answer from anyone.
