Issue boards are designed to also have a board config which represents a scoping which represents the team. We should therefore link an issue board to a "dashboard" object in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/issues/10663.

In particular, you should be able to start a VSM dashboard in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/issues/10663, from an issue board itself, and make the attachment.

Once an attachment is made, you can see preliminary VSM information in the board itself, such as
