Easier introduction of static status check names on GitHub-integrated CI

With gitlab-org/gitlab-ee!8235 (gitlab-org/gitlab-ee#6696, gitlab-org/gitlab-ce#53902), "static status check names" on GitHub-integrated CI is available on %11.5. However, it is difficult to find the documentations how to setup the status check names and setup that on each project settings.
