Geo: Investigate differences in Omnibus secrets file to Helm charts one

As part of the effort to bring Geo to Kubernetes, we need to understand which keys from current secrets should be replicated in a Helm chart. Also consider a hybrid installation where one node is using Omnibus and another is using Kubernetes, so we should provide the instructions on how to extract/generate the right secrets from one to the other.
