Lost access to Pipelines, Issues, Merge Requests

Not sure if I should file this in the CE side since the issue is with GitLab.com. Let me know.

Summary

While tooling around in the Edit Project screen trying to get a specific CI runner set up for a private project, I managed to blow away all access I had to Pipelines, Issues, Merge Requests, CI/CD Settings, Runner Configs, etc. The project is cmtonkinson/bay (this is a private project).

This is what I see now in my primary navigation:

yet my settings are:

Re-toggling the settings for Issues, Merge Requests, and Builds doesn't make the navigation reappear. Also, having added many issues earlier tonight, they don't show up in the project Activity Feed, yet I can go into my "Done" Todos and see references to all the issues I'd created (and assigned to myself). This is the only place I can still see references to issues. All references to Builds, Pipelines, MRs, etc is gone from the UI.

Steps to reproduce

No idea. At the time I think I had just disabled the project Wiki, but I may have accidentally clicked something else.

Expected behavior

I should be able to re-enable Issues, Builds, and Merge Requests on the Edit Project screen.

Actual behavior

I am unable to turn Issues, Builds, and Merge Requests back on. They don't appear in my project navigation, and when I navigate directly to e.g. cmtonkinson/bay/issues I get a 404.
