Replace `issue created icon` in Group Security Dashboard

Problem:

The issue created icon is potentially being repurposed to indicate issue closed. We also want to align the icon associated with the issue shown in the security dashboard with how we display this information throughout GL to remain consistent.

Solution:

Replace Icon_created with new icon, perferably issue open / issue closed icons if able.
