Suggested Solution (was: Auto Remediation) should show the current status of related issues and merge requests

With Auto Remediation, we have the links to issues and merge requests that have been created for a given vulnerability into the modal.

It's not possible to see the status of those elements. If an issue is closed, or if a merge request is merged, they still look the same.

We should improve the view and update the status of the element.
