Eliminate N+1 queries in EpicLinks API

Everyone can contribute. Help move this issue forward while earning points, leveling up and collecting rewards.

In !9897 (merged), we added a scope for preloads to prevent N+1 queries when listing Epics.

Since we are also listing Epics in our EpicLinks API and using the same entity, we should also use the same preloads there.
