Instance wide analytics

Description

Create an instance wide contribution analytics or general analytics screen. We currently have project and group analytics but adding a general view for administrators helps companies measure general performance .

This is needed for management to allocate chargebacks to individual teams.

Proposal

Create an Analytics section on the Administrator panel to view global contributor analytics.
