Unable to start a review, server sends 500 in DraftsController#create
This has happened 3 times today in this MR: meltano/meltano!465 (merged)
Every time I reply to a discussion and click "start a review", I get a 500 error from the server.
The way Frontend handles the error is not great either, it closes the textarea:
