Align dismissed status UI in more info modal with new design

Problem

We recently redesigned the activity area of the more info modal in: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/issues/9224 for Issue Created and Merge Request Created. Now we need a design for Vulnerability Dismissed.

Proposal

  • Add existing icon for dismissed vulnerabilities
  • Keeping the content the same, create a design incorporates the new UI.
