Add options and display more detail regarding related issues - Related To; Duplicate Of; Blocked By

Currently, when a user has issues, the issues are only marked as being related. The following would be more useful: 1 - If an issue is blocked, it would be useful to associate the blocked issue with other issues and then see a list of the other issues that are currently blocked within the issue. Issue A is a BLOCKED issue Issue J is Blocked by Issue A Issue K is Blocked by Issue A Issue L is Blocked by Issue A This would be useful to list this information in Issue A. Issues J, K, L should also show that Issue A is a blocking issue.

2 - If an issue is a duplicate of another issue, it would be useful to see the following: Issue A is a duplicate of issue B Issue B is a duplicate of issue A

This information would prove to be more useful since we currently have a single issue blocking 10 other issues. If we were to view the main issue, it would be nice to see all of the issues that are blocked by the single issue.
