There are numerous places we must cross link to the new
way of hosting the product documentation.

These workers were renamed in 15.1 and had to be kept for a release
to avoid backwards-compatibility problems.

We ask users to pause and check that MigrateMergeRequestDiffCommitUsers
background migration completes before continuing to 14.5.0 which
foregraounds that migration and may take a long time for some instances

we split the Enablement stage into Systems and Data Stores. This commit
changes the Distribution and Geo groups to the Systems stage.

The issue with Gitaly files stored in /tmp is not automatically fixed
upon upgrading to 14.10. You still need to specify a more stable
directory in order for it to make a difference.

The TW team has to clean up stray whitespace every month,
so we should have a vale rule to gently warn people
when they are introducing EOL whitespace

This change updates the documentation to add

background migration which are stuck and in pending state.

the migration BackfillDraftStatusOnMergeRequests
introduced in 14.2.0 can remain stuck on some
instances that did not carry any filtered records
it looks for.

While the issue has been fixed for users directly
upgrading to 14.10 from 14.0 it remains stuck
for all other users already on various 14.x releases
in the middle.

The workaround helps towards marking this identified
migration as done so further upgrades can be
performed without worry (even though the presence
of this stuck migration record does not block
any upgrades).

Gitaly 14.7 until 14.9 have a bug where some files which are required at
runtime may be deleted by systemd-tmpfiles(1), which then renders the
instance broken. This bug affects two parts of Gitaly with Git hooks and
the Git execution path used for bundled Git.

We have recently documented a workaround for this bug by simply
disallowing the cleanup of these directories. This workaround only
applies to the hooks directory though, so it may still happen that the
Git execution environment is pruned. The consequence is that Gitaly
becomes unable to execute Git at all.

Fix this oversight by also excluding `/tmp/gitaly-git-exec-path-*` from
stale file cleanup.
