Fix filename of scan execution policies docs page to comply with the docs standard. Filenames that consist of several words are to be joined with underscores, not hyphens. 

This commit updates the pipeline secret detection documentation to
highlight new capabilities introduced in v6.2.0 of the secrets analyzer.

Makes use of markdownlint for automated cleanup

Because for now, we're changing the format.
