This allows users to have more time to prepare for the OpenSSL

16.7. However, Omnibus GitLab will upgrade to OpenSSL 3 in GitLab
17.5. These differences are important to highlight when talking about

Starting in GitLab 17.4, Gitaly requires Git 2.46.0 as the minimum
version. Update upgrade documentation to note this.

This is just a minor typo fix.

The previous documentation only highlighted the TLS 1.2 requirement,
but users need to be aware that TLS certificates also need to have

Gitaly is in the process of bumping the minimum required Git version
required by Gitaly to v2.45.0. Adapt our documentation to reflect this
change.

Explain more clearly what to grab where. More subheadings SHOULD
help the matter. May need to become a new page, though.

With 17.0 Gitaly will no longer allow multiple storages to
use the same path. As we previously recommended tthat admins do this in the docs,
we expect this to have some impacts.

Add this to the breaking change document and list a workaround
needed if any projects were in a duplicate storage.
