Removes uses of "life cycle" and "life-cycle" per the new guidance in
the word list.

We now have two Jira integrations that appear in the integrations list:

- GitLab for Jira app
- Jira issues (formerly just "Jira")

To make it clear that the existing "Jira" integration is used to display
Jira issues within GitLab, a separate function from the GitLab for Jira
app's ability to sync development data to Jira, we're renaming the
"Jira" integration to specifically "Jira issues".
