in 17.6.

As the name of this stage is changing, our docs metadata should
get updated as well.

Fix filename of scan execution policies docs page to comply with the docs standard. Filenames that consist of several words are to be joined with underscores, not hyphens. 

This allows the page to build properly when
we parse the markdown with Goldmark on the
Hugo site. The empty lines are required in
order to properly terminate the HTML blocks.

Find and replace across all docs to update Admin area
to **Admin** area.

To adhere to our style guide, test for subheadings longer than
70 characters.

Bump this phrase down to sentence case so it matches what we've
just fixed in the UI.

After the announcement in 15.5 that we rename `confidential` to
`internal` for notes, we now remove the `confidential`
attribute on the GraphQL API for `Notes`.

It's no longer possible to create notes using `confidential` and it's
also no longer possible to query `confidential` on notes.
As a replacement, use the `internal` field.
