When the `auto_sign_in_with_provider` option is used, see
[documentation](https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/integration/omniauth.html#:~:text=providers%20table.-,auto_sign_in_with_provider,-Enables%20users%20to),
the user is automatically redirected to the identity provider.

Before it was done as a normal redirect. Now, it is done as a POST
request.

For now we are splitting table of audit events into 4 new tables
to support cells architecture, so clickhouse migration is blocked
therefore we can remove the feature flag along with the code behind it
