Simplify specs to extract out the intermediate devfile
that is generated.

Use allow_extensions_marketplace_in_workspace
feature flag at the root namespace of the agent
project of the workspace to enable extensions
inside the workspace.

Move functionality to start SSH server from the start_server script

- Update desired_config_generator_prev1 with contents of desired_config_generator
- Update devfile_parser_prev1 with contents of devfile_parser
- Update remote development shared contexts

- Increments the version of the IDE Injector for workspaces for
  SSH support.

The Kubernetes Service generated from the Devfile should have SSH
ports exposed i.e. 2222 so that IDEs such as VS Code and JetBrains
can connect to it.

Fixes: #416470

Injecting the user's git configuration while provisioning the workspace dramatically
improves the user experience.
