Use GitLab VSCode color theme by default on Workspaces

MR: feat: Use GitLab VSCode theme in Workspaces (!106 - merged)

Description

As a workspaces user, I want my workspaces to use the GitLab VSCode color theme by default. This theme improve's the VSCode default color palette, and it applies GitLab's brand colors to Workspaces.

Acceptance Criteria

  • GitLab VSCode theme is the default theme in the VSCode Server.
  • The windows indicator displays GitLab's logo and name like in the Web IDE.
