Clean up scripts/gl folder after removing vscode upstream commits

MR: chore: Cleanup gl prefix (!90 - merged)

After removing the vscode upstream commits from the VSCode Fork repository #37 (closed), we should merge the scripts/gl and the gl-scripts directories.
