### Proposal This issue is similar but distinct from https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/issues/14259 and branches off from https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/issues/372191#note_1202048024. It'd be awesome if the GitLab Workflow extension could support the code actions to create issues from TODO's, FIXME's, WTF's. This would be similar but broader than what the [GitHub plugin](https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=GitHub.vscode-pull-request-github) supports.
